Andrea got into the 2nd round easily

Andrea Hlavackova has started the Nürnberger Gastein Ladies 2013 tournament with a great mood and condition. In the first round  she played against Eleni Daniilidou from Greece. Czech native from Plzen defeated 98th players of the WTA ranking 6:3, 6:1. Next Andrea´s opponent in Bad Gastein, Austria, will be young Viktorija Golubic from Switzerland.

Andrea appreciated much a victory against Greeks. “I played against very experienced player, which I had watched as a young player. In that time she was in the world´s top 20,” Andrea smiled and added: “It was hard to play at such an altitude, but I got used by the time, and with my fans´ support it was almost by itself.”

Andrea does not know so much against her next opponent, who is 259th player of the world, twenty years old Swiss Viktorija Golubic. “Viktorija got into the main competition from qualification so perhaps she will be accustomed to theses specific conditions here. In addition she won quite easily the fifth seeded Dutchwoman Bertens. I have never seen her to play before but I believe that our first duel will end victoriously for me,” Andrea said.
